Note: Strong military and industrial capability are both key to success in EVE. All endeavors require that players have the ability to make isk. The first pillar is not a rejection of industry or isk-making in general. It is a constant reminder that our North Star is organized combat against other players.

We are looking for corporations with 10+ mains minimum.
20+ mains are required in order to be included in our CEO channel on Discord.

A trial period allows us to get to know one another during day-to-day operations. In many ways, we expect that you are assessing us just as much as we are assessing you. We want to make sure that our cultures will mesh well together.
3 to 6 months. Sometimes you just know. If after 3 months, we check in, and everyone is thrilled with how things are going on all sides, we can make the decision for your corp to become an official member of FIGL. Sometimes things need to simmer. We may need to extend for another month or two or three to see if the kinks work themselves out. If after 6 months, we can’t figure it out, it probably isn’t meant to be.
We do not have “activity requirements,” we have “value requirements.” We do not do FATs or PAPs or other bureaucratic ways of measuring your corp. Instead, we are focused on the “value” that you and your corporation members bring to FIGL. To quote from our Pillars...
...you choose at all times to become part of a solution rather than part of a problem. You act, rather than react. We are a collection of individuals, not a cult of personality with a mass of blind followers, and the end-goal of every single pilot in FIGL should be to become a capable, competent, respected leader of men (and sometimes women).

There are a great many alliances in EVE that are more than happy to take in people with no initiative or will of their own, and are more than happy to dictate your every action from the moment you login to the moment you logout. We are not one of them, and we never will be...
During your trial, we will continuously speak with our core members, FCs, and other Member Corp leadership teams to hear their thoughts on your corp. “Do they take risks? Or are they too risk averse?” “Are they fun to be on comms with?” “Do they have valuable contributions to fleets and/or industry operations?” These are examples of the kinds of value that a corp might bring to the alliance, not an exhaustive list.
There are spies in FIGL. We are of the opinion that true operational security comes from trust built over time and learning who you’re flying with. We do not enforce rigid Auth requirements for our line members, and would not expect you to either. You are of course welcome to do any interview, ESI, or vetting process that you see fit for your corporation. Our auth only requires public scopes in order to join our Discord, Mumble, see Doctrines, etc.
What we DO require is the following
We have a small yet tailored market. The more people use it, the more stuff will be listed.
Our procurement team seeds alliance doctrine ships on contract in our staging system at Jita pricing.
We operate an alliance freight service between Jita and our staging system.
If and when FIGL holds space, member corps can request a “home system” to set up structures, and generally “live” out of.
That does not give a member corp any exclusive rights to the resources (ore, anomalies, sites, moons, etc.) in that system. Our space is FIGL space.
A corp’s “Home System” (should they want one) is a geographical hub for them to congregate around and anchor infrastructure in if they wish.
As stated above, none of the resources in any FIGL space are exclusive to any one corp or group. We defend all of it together, we reap all of its rewards together.
